Create Music Village

Create Music Village (CMV) is back! An exciting month long event driven by four grass-roots music venues, all based in the heart of Ashford Town Centre.

This year's line-up features an unmissable mix of new acts, local talent, pop faves and rock legends.

Revelation, Coachworks, Ashford Cinema and Low Key Taproom will lead a host of other local venues , in celebrating the very best that live music has to offer from DJs to Indie, rock to hip hop, big names to rising stars.

CMV reimagines Ashford’s much loved Create Music Festival, as an indoor-venue event with a unique village feel. It is funded by Arts Council England and us at Ashford Borough Council; and is led by Revelation, Ashford’s only dedicated music and arts venue based in St Mary’s church. CMV also includes three other core venues plus a fringe programme with variety of workshops and livestreams, all aimed at involving as many people in the community as possible.

With all the core venues in walking distance of each other, organisers are confident this will create a village atmosphere, actively encouraging audiences to move from one venue to another so everyone can  join in, exploring different musical styles with friends and family.
