Family Events
The stunning night-time parade, sponsored by Ashford College, and featuring hundreds of school children and community groups, has been carefully crafted by outdoor arts specialists Emergency Exit Arts, who are known for creating large unforgettable experiences in towns and cities up and down the UK.
This year’s enchanted forest theme display will be led by Farrah the Fox, a huge 5-meter tall mechanical puppet that will roam the streets on her scooter. Taller than a double-decker bus, the animated creature will wave and welcome the crowds to Ashford, and get everyone along the carnival route in the Christmas spirit.

17:00 – 20:00: Free Carnival Disco with DJ Casey Dale at The Bandstand
18:30 – 22:30: Free After Carnival Party at Coachworks
19:30 – 22:30: Eliza Carthy & Jon Boden Seasonal Concert at Revelation (Booking Required)
